EML-2515 Punch-Laser Turret

The EML-2515AJ3kW combination punch-laser turret has a 3kW fiber laser, 30ton dual servo ram, and a 55-station turret. The 3kW laser offers us new manufacturing capabilities for greater product offerings and complete control over our product quality. The dual-servo ram increases punch speeds by up to 50% over existing machinery while reducing power consumption by 70%. BJ Take has also incorporated an ASR3015N-TK eight shelf automation tower for material loading/unloading with part picking.

EG6013 Press Brake

The EG6013 press brake allows us to focus on high production runs for smaller parts. This press brake has a full electric dual servo drive system. This offers us extremely high accuracy, repeatability, and speed while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs while also benefiting from offline 3D programming.

HG1003-ATC Bender

The HG1003-ATC press brake comes equipped with an automatic tool changer and eight-foot bending capacity. The HG1003-ATC allows us to prototype faster and produce parts quicker all while increasing product quality. 3D offline programming facilitates the reduction of scrap pieces and downtime by creating and testing the bend sequence in a 3D environment.

Custom Powder-Coating

A powder coated paint finish provides a very durable and attractive finish for our light fixtures. Powder coated surfaces have some of the highest reflectance values as well, resulting in improved overall lighting efficiency. BJ Take Lighting's in-house powder coating line ensures exceptional quality control, provides the flexibility to offer many colour options, and helps to guarantee the rapid turnaround times we are known for.
