Comprehensive In-House Processes & Capabilities
We handle all metal fabrication in-house using Canadian materials and workforce, ensuring quality, precision, and control from start to finish. Raw steel is cut and punched with our EML-2515 Punch-Laser Turret and bent or welded to specification. Each piece is powder coated on-site, assembled by our skilled team, and shipped efficiently to Canada or the US at affordable rates. You're with us throughout the process, guaranteeing consistent results every step of the way.

Raw Canadian Steel
By using only Canadian steel in our projects, we ensure superior quality and reliability while actively supporting Canadian manufacturing, and strengthening local supply chains.
3kW Laser Cutting
The EML-2515AJ3kW combination punch-laser turret has a 3kW fiber laser, 30ton dual servo ram, and a 55-station turret. The 3kW laser offers us new manufacturing capabilities for greater product offerings and complete control over our product quality. The dual-servo ram increases punch speeds by up to 50% over existing machinery while reducing power consumption by 70%. We have also incorporated an ASR3015N-TK eight shelf automation tower for material loading/unloading with part picking.
Bending & Welding
The HG1003-ATC press brake comes equipped with an automatic tool changer and eight-foot bending capacity. The HG1003-ATC allows us to prototype faster and produce parts quicker all while increasing product quality. 3D offline programming facilitates the reduction of scrap pieces and downtime by creating and testing the bend sequence in a 3D environment.
Powder Coating
A powder coated finish provides a very durable, attractive, and reflective surface on our light fixtures. Running an in-house powder coating line ensures exceptional quality control, provides the flexibility to offer many colour options, and helps to guarantee the rapid turnaround times we are known for.
Assembly
Our skilled Canadian workforce is trained to efficiently assemble, wire, and test each of our lighting products and then package your order efficiently and safely for shipping anywhere in North America.
On-Time Delivery
Our shipping team arranges freight and parcel deliveries through reputable carriers to meet requested delivery dates, as well as offering cost-effective local deliveries within Ontario as well as prepaid freight anywhere in Canada on qualifying* orders.
